Q: Who is Fierce Lab for?
A: Fierce Lab is for the woman looking to level up at work and in life. If you're looking to be inspired, learn from experts, connect with your community, and challenge yourself to grow, Fierce Lab is for you.

COVID-19 Policy

Q: What is Fierce Lab doing to protect against COVID-19?
A: Hotel Zaza is frequently sanitizing all high-touch surfaces and public spaces – developed with the guidance and information provided by Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Hand sanitizers will be readily available throughout the venue. Fierce Lab and Hotel Zaza also recommend masks when moving about the interior public spaces inside the hotel. We will continue to require the practice of social distancing as appropriate. For those guests who are not feeling well, who believe they may have COVID-19, or who are awaiting test results for COVID-19, we ask that you stay home. Additionally, if you have been in contact with someone with COVID-19/COVID-19 symptoms or awaiting results, we ask you to please stay home.

Tickets

Q: Will you sell tickets at the door?
A: No. All tickets must be purchased ahead of time using the ticket link at the top of fiercelab.tarawilson.com powered by Eventbrite.

Q: Do I need to print my ticket in advance?
A: We will be able to scan the ticket on your phone for entry or can verify using your government-issued photo ID.

Q: I can’t find my reservation email, can I still come?
A: Yes, we captured your name and information when you purchased your ticket, but be sure to have your government-issued photo ID handy.

Q: Can I return/sell my ticket?
A: In the event local or state regulations or Hotel Zaza policies prevent Fierce Lab Live from occurring, we will fully refund your ticket purchase, less any fees charged by EventBrite. In-person tickets can be transferred to virtual tickets and we will credit you the difference in ticket price. You may also transfer your ticket to another individual with written notice. All ticket change requests, regardless of type, must be received in writing by Monday, September 27th. Please email fiercelab@tarawilson.com to start the change request process. We do not allow third party ticket resale.

Q: I have a promo code for Eventbrite. How do I apply it?
A: When viewing the ticket options on Eventbrite there is a small prompt in blue, "Enter promo code." Upon clicking this prompt, type in your promo code and click "apply." If you do not click apply, the discount will not be taken at check, so don't miss this step!

The Day

Q: What do I need to bring with me?
A: Please bring a government-issued photo ID. You may also want to bring some business cards!

Q: What is the address for my Uber/Lyft drop off?
A: 2332 Leonard St. Dallas, TX 75201

Q: Where do I park?
A: Hotel Zaza offers complimentary valet. There is no convenient street parking near Hotel Zaza.

Q: Will there be food?
A: Yes! Light breakfast, a full lunch, and happy hour bites. Beverages and light snacks will be available throughout the day.

Q: I have a food allergy, how can I make sure there is safe food for me?
A: Please email fiercelab@tarawilson.com with details. This information was collected during your ticket purchase checkout.

Q: What do I wear to Fierce Lab?
A: Dress to impress, but be comfortable! You will be sitting and standing throughout the event. Some venues may get chilly so a sweater may be needed.

Q: Do I need to stay all day?
A: While it is not mandatory for attendees to stay all day, we certainly recommend staying throughout the entire event so that you get the most out of Fierce Lab.
